In the Soviet Union, I, Banjov Nazarali
Kholnazarovich, from 1976 to 1986 was a
freelance and public worker of the Security
Service of the Soviet Union. In October 1977, I
opposed the abolition of the Constitution of the
USSR and sent a letter to the chairman of the
KGB, Yuri Vladimirovich Andropov, saying that
the abolition of the Constitution of the Union
would lead to many troubles and destruction.
The KGB letter department did not respond to
my letter, where I wrote that the abolition of the
constitution and the creation of many duplicate
power structures at all levels and the creation of
thousands of bureaucratic structures that will
shift papers from place to place create huge
problems for the USSR, these multimillion-dollar
civil servants will lead the country to chaos and
destruction.

From 1928 to 1977. many mistakes were
made by the authorities, which
led to the complete degradation of employees
of all law enforcement agencies, civil servants,
leaders of all spheres and industries, trade union
workers and the people, where people thought,
think only about themselves and about selfish
goals and interests, they absolutely do not care
about fate country and world. Their criminal
activities constantly compromised the USSR in
front of the whole world and led to the fact that
many countries of the world turned their backs
on the Soviet Union after the entry of troops and
the overthrow and assassination of the Afghan
leader Amin organized in december.
September 27, 1979 It was a tragedy
for the peace-loving peoples of the world.

Honest people always strive for peace
and raise the image of the country
in the world and will not obey
criminal orders and will not comply with far-
fetched laws that threaten the world around.
In the USSR there were very few honest and
devoted to the cause of peace and the Soviet
Union, such wonderful people
as Konstantin Ustinovich Chernenko,
all that was good in the USSR is his merit.
He worked in various positions
in the Soviet Union for more
than 54 years and devoted all his strength
and knowledge to the cause of peace
and the country.

Modern history textbooks bypass
Konstantin Ustinovich Chernenko.
He prevented a global military conflict
between Moscow and Washington,
and it was largely prevented thanks to the
talent and professionalism
of Konstantin Ustinovich Chernenko,
head of the allied department of agitation,
labor and international cooperation,
who managed to prevent the development of
events according to the worst scenario.
He was friends with all countries of the world
and he was respected. On his initiative,
on june 18, 1979, in Vienna, Brezhnev
and Jimmy Carter signed an agreement to
end the arms race and disarmament.
And this peace treaty was thwarted due
to the fault of our law enforcement
officers at all levels, who invaded Afghanistan,
stormed the Taj Beck Palace in Kabul
and killed the chairman of the Revolutionary
Council of Afghanistan, Hafizullah Amin.
This crime led to the fact that the leaders
of many countries of the world,
out of ignorance of history, constantly
accused the Soviet Union.

Employees of all power structures, civil servants
of all levels and ranks committed crimes on
behalf of the Soviet Union. Therefore, all the
shadows and accusations fell on the USSR and
the whole world considered us enemies, because
of the employees of all law enforcement
agencies and civil servants. They committed
brazen crimes not only against other countries of
the world, but also against the Soviet Union.
Evidence of this is the looting and destruction of
the USSR from June 1985 to December 1988,
under the slogan of perestroika, they plundered,
destroyed and crossed out from the world map
the best and most peaceful country in the world
- the Soviet Union.
