hands of security officials, civil servants,
deputies, senators and celebrities of all stripes.

Osh, Fergana, Vilnius, Riga, Tallinn,
Minsk, Kiev, Chisinau, New Uz, Transnistria, etc.

by generals and officers of the army, the KGB,
