In the European Union, the Lithuanian authorities
have banned representatives of show business
from entering the country for a period of five
years. They were considered supporters of the
splitting policy of the Kremlin officials.

The aggressive behavior of bureaucrats
and partocrats poses a real threat to
the country and the whole world. Yeltsin said
this honestly and frankly at the Plenum of the
Central Committee of the CPSU on 10/21/1987.
It became known to the whole world thanks to
his speech, he said that the main threat to the
country is the bureaucrats and partocrats, who
for the past many years have caused great harm
to the country and the world. His frankness
upset everyone and those present came out as a
united front against Boris Nikolayevich, accusing
him of being anti-Party. They transferred him
from Sverdlovsk to Moscow in April 1985, and in
1986 they appointed him to the post of first
secretary of the Moscow city committee of the
Communist Party and to the number of
candidates for membership in the Politburo with
the hope that Yeltsin would serve the interests of
bureaucrats and partocrats, but they were
mistaken in him.

In his new post, Yeltsin began to reform
his staff.
About 40% of the bureaucrats
and partocrats in Moscow of the
administrative apparatus of the party
and Moscow authorities were replaced.
These reductions did not please many
officials who were subjected to personnel
purges, they regularly complained
to the Politburo to Ligachev,
who at a meeting of the CPSU
criticized Yeltsin's excessive activity
and independence in power.

For honesty, Yeltsin was removed from power,
if he had not been removed, then today we would
live in the USSR. From June 1985 to 1988,
employees of all power structures, as well as
deputies, civil servants of all levels and ranks,
completely plundered and destroyed the Soviet
Union.
