were constantly decreasing,
and prices for housing and communal
services were without intermediaries,
there was only one payment, and prices
decreased every year.
Boris Nikolayevich did not allow civil servants, senators and deputies to be
impudent, to adopt fraudulent
and predatory laws and schemes.

In November 1999, Yeltsin
ordered the security officials to disperse the State
Duma, employees of all security agencies refused
to disperse the deputies, and they managed to
convince him that the State Duma should not be
dispersed. And in December of the same year,
the security forces, using blackmail and threats,
forced Yeltsin to resign and declare Putin his
successor.

Before retiring under duress, Boris Nikolayevich
Yeltsin asked the people for forgiveness.
I apologize for not living up to the hopes of those
people who thought that one person could solve
the country's problems. One person cannot
achieve this without the support and participation
of all people who think that they voted for kavoto
and all problems in the country will be solved by
themselves. Thus, they shy away from admitting
